Cookie Policy
ItalianoPreview revision — approval required before publication. Verified technical information is distinguished from the outstanding confirmations listed below. This version does not certify the compliance of external services.
1. Cookies and other technologies
Cookies are small files stored by the browser. localStorage is separate local storage: its contents are not automatically sent with each HTTP request. This notice distinguishes website preferences from external-provider and hosting technologies.
2. Verified local preference
The cookieConsent key is saved in browser localStorage, not a cookie. It contains the choice timestamp and the necessary and externalContent preferences; it contains no name, email or telephone number. The choice is valid for 365 days: on the next read after that period it is removed and a new choice is needed. It is not automatically removed while the browser is closed.
It remembers the external-content choice and is not used by website code for advertising. In the local check without consent, no cookies set by website code were observed. This does not exclude infrastructure cookies on the public domain.
3. Google Maps and consent
Without a positive preference, no Google Maps iframe is created. You can authorise it by selecting ‘Accept’, enabling external content in preferences or clicking ‘Load the map’. ‘Reject’ keeps the iframe disabled. Clicking ‘Load the map’ also saves a positive preference for subsequent visits within the stated period.
Once loaded, Google receives technical browser data and may set cookies or use other technologies according to its notice and browser settings. Actual names, purposes and durations depend on the service and must be checked on the public domain; no unverified inventory is provided.
4. Hosting and measurements
Lovable’s integrated Analytics remains active. According to official documentation, it measures traffic without cookies or browser storage, using a random identifier limited to one visit, without personal profiles or links across visits. The public-domain check found no Analytics cookies or local storage. The observed infrastructure cookies __dpl and __cf_bm are separate from cookieless statistics; their presence does not establish that Analytics uses cookies.
Statistics also classify sources using referrers and campaign parameters such as utm_source and utm_medium. They do not establish that an enquiry, Tally completion or advertising conversion occurred. The code contains no Google Analytics or Meta pixels and no advertising tools have been added. Any future pixels, advertising identifiers or data transfers for ad optimisation require a separate assessment and consent where required, even without cookies. Map consent is not advertising consent.
Technical performance and interaction events (__l5e/events) were also observed, including clicks transmitted after map rejection. These must not automatically be equated with aggregate statistics alone or an advertising pixel; their purposes and conditions require separate assessment. No session recordings were found in the period checked, without certifying future absence. The existing banner controls only the map; no Analytics or event collection system has been disabled or changed.
5. Tally and external links
Tally, WhatsApp and Calendly open through links; they are not embedded in the pages. Their technologies are used when the relevant service is opened; this website's banner does not manage preferences on those domains. Social links and the external Google Maps link also leave this website. Read the service notices before providing data.
6. Managing and withdrawing preferences
The homepage banner allows you to accept, reject or customise external content. You can withdraw map permission using the button below; the new choice keeps website-managed iframes disabled. It does not delete cookies already set by Google or control hosting measurements.
To remove stored cookies and local data, use your browser settings, distinguishing cookies from site data. Clearing this website's data also removes cookieConsent; the next homepage visit asks for a new choice.
7. Legal framework
Device storage or access is subject to Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and ePrivacy rules: technologies strictly necessary for the requested service do not require consent; others require consent where applicable. GDPR legal bases also apply to personal data. Map consent is optional and can be withdrawn. Cookieless Analytics must be distinguished from additional tools; their purposes and legal bases need separate assessment.

Before approving this revision, complete the public-domain inventory before and after each choice and verify names, providers, purposes, durations and consent management for hosting cookies and measurements. Tally questionnaire technologies and provider terms require separate checks. Hosting data collection has not been changed.
